At Aeravel we want the buying part to be as considered as the pieces themselves, so our shipping terms are written plainly. Every order shipped within the United States ships free.

Shipping Locations

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Delivery Times

  • Order cutoff time: 3:00 PM ET. Anything placed after that is processed the next business day, which can add one day to the estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once processed, your order is handed to one of our carriers.
  • Transit time: 6 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days in total.

Delivery windows are estimates and can move for reasons outside our control.

Carrier Services

We work with reliable carriers to deliver within the United States, including USPS, UPS and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.

Delivery Issues

If anything goes wrong in transit, including a delay or a lost package, contact our customer service team straight away. We will chase the carrier and make sure your order reaches you. If any items are missing from your delivery upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours at info@aeravel.com with your order number and photos.
