Here at Aeravel, we want you to love the products you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you're not totally satisfied, no need to worry, our return process is simple and won't give you any headaches.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, simply get in touch with us at info@aeravel.com and we'll take care of it. In order for us to help you quickly, please include your order number when you contact us.
If you'd like to cancel your order, you may do so before we begin processing it. Once we've dispatched your order, we can no longer cancel it. We cannot guarantee any cancellations beyond the 24-hour period after the order was placed.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still return the item after you receive it, in accordance with our return policy.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping if your item:
- Arrived damaged
- Is defective in any way
- Is incorrect
You are responsible for return shipping costs if:
- The wrong item was ordered
- The item doesn’t fit
- The item is no longer wanted
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us
Email info@aeravel.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package
Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all contents (accessories, tags, and documents).
- Ship Your Return
Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the carrier/shipping method recommended in the email.
Exchanges
We're glad to help with exchanges if you need a different size, color, or even a completely different product, please contact us at info@aeravel.com. We're here to help make the exchange process easy for you.
Refund Process
All returns are inspected upon arrival. After your refund is approved, it will be sent back to the original payment method within seven business days. The time it takes to process the refund varies based on your bank or payment provider.
Order Not Delivered
If your order doesn't show up when it is expected to, please get in touch with us at info@aeravel.com with your order number. We will review the issue with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, you will receive either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. We'll be sure you are aware of these products by clearly marking them as non-returnable on the product page.
